We also enjoy serving our local customers in the Shediac store.
Our company began in 1946 when Mr. Ernest Maillet bought fresh seafood straight off the boats in Shediac and peddled it door to door.
Two generations later, and still a family business, Shediac Lobster Shop is now a thriving company of over 250 employees with a live holding facility, a 35,000 sq. ft. plant, and our own trucking division.
Job Description
The maintenance team is responsible for the daily activites of controlling and coordinating facility maintenance.
This support includes factory buildings, outside area, equipment and machinenary maitenance, and critical building systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage capital projects at plant level in collaboration with office and other maintence team members.
Assist and support outside techincians with expertise in equipment.
ensure that equipment is maintained and operational.
Develop a work climate that promotes good working relations and continuous communication.
Qualifications
Experience:
Maintenance and machinery experience
Project planning experience
Certifications:
Power Engineering Certification
CMRT Certification
Other Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
