Company Description
At Shediac Lobster Shop, we specialize in serving the food service industry, offering a diverse and customizable line of premium cold-water Atlantic lobster products.
We also enjoy serving our local customers in the Shediac store.
Our company began in 1946 when Mr. Ernest Maillet bought fresh seafood straight off the boats in Shediac and peddled it door to door.
Two generations later, and still a family business, Shediac Lobster Shop is now a thriving company of over 250 employees with a live holding facility, a 35,000 sq. ft. plant, and our own trucking division.
